Definitely the best steak pies! Iain is really helpful and will advise on the best cuts of meat for any recipe. if asked, he advises very professionally and will answer any question without making you feel like a fool! The Copas Christmas turkeys are well worth the extra money as they turn out perfectly with minimal effort.
